As initially set out to be in an incomplete and vague brief: To support water heater and water dispenser business in India and Indonesia, to build better products and create better marketing story.

Aligned stakeholders around a broader opportunity space, combining market understanding, consumer research, and co-creation to move from a product-led brief to a consumer-led growth agenda.
Outcome
Generated consumer-rooted insights and new product concepts while uncovering broader opportunity areas around water, enabling the client to think beyond individual products and categories.
